[To understand yourself for a better job]

We have all encountered the stage of being lost and uncertain about what kind of job is suitable for ourselves. MIW believes that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, so it is important to recognize and accept our own personality and behavioral traits. This will help make your job seeking journey easier. Therefore, we held a DISC workshop (Dominance-Influence-Steady-Conscientiousness). Through the questionnaires, explanations, and results, our members were able to understand their different personality traits and tendencies better. As a result, they have become more confident about looking for a new job!

After the workshop, members learned that everyone is different and that we should appreciate our own unique character. We do hope throughout the test members will be able to find a job that can explore and expand their strengths and abilities.
