[Interview skills workshop]

A well-prepared resume certainly helps to land job interviews. But, once you get the interview, how do you handle it and all the difficult questions? Fortunately, MIW’s employment assistance program was created specifically to support our beneficiaries and help equip them with the necessary skills to master this tricky technique.

MIW organized an interview skills workshop to help our members prepare for their job interviews. Our staff simulated a Q&A and arranged a mock interview role play. All participants were focused and committed, and even shared their interview experience with each other.

We all know job-seeking can be a long journey, however we aim to encourage our beneficiaries to maintain a positive mindset, focus on developing new skills, and continue to try!
