Although the epidemic situation has stabilized, the overall environment of Hong Kong is still in a state of uncertainty, and people may still have to worry about getting laid off or having to face unemployment indefinitely. Considering that it is more difficult for middle-aged people to change careers or jobs, MIW recently attended a job fair with our members. We wanted to give them the opportunity to learn about the latest vacancies especially in the middle-aged job market, and to familiarize themselves with the environment and process of on-site interviews – That is to get them ready for a new job! 

MIW believes that as long as you have faith in ability, maintain a healthy mindset and be self-equipped, opportunities are bound to come!
