[Discover more possibilities – McDonald’s hands-on experience ]

Make It Work focuses on investigating different industry experiences and offering beneficiaries the chance to visit workplaces firsthand to enhance their understanding of the particular demands of each job role. Recently, our beneficiaries had the opportunity to visit the famous fast-food restaurant McDonald’s and take part in an intriguing industry experience, from which they obtained valuable knowledge.  

We want to convey our appreciation to the McDonald’s team for their support and guidance throughout the visit. Beneficiaries had the opportunity to gain practical experience such as brewing coffee, preparing French fries , and operating soda and ice cream machines . Additionally, some employees shared their personal work experiences, creating a relaxed and informative learning environment for everyone involved.  

This experience not only enhanced our beneficiaries’ knowledge of the catering field but also ignited new interests and increased their confidence in pursuing various career opportunities.
