[Pre-employment Personal Equipment Class – Workplace Communication Skills Training]

On 12th March, Make It Work Mong Kok Service Center held a pre-employment personal training class. We mainly shared how to have an effective and successful self-introduction in just 1-2 minutes during the interview, and to let the employers understand the interviewee’s personal experience or characters. In addition, members were also taught communication skills after reaching the workplace. 

In addition, the workshops teach the members how to write a CV to make a higher chance of getting a job interview. Members made notes and hope they can make a good impression during the interview and get hired. Everyone felt relaxed in class and willing to share.
