MIW Staff training

A training was held in June for the MakeItWork staff by an experienced Social Work professional.

The content of the training was to instruct frontline staff and social workers on how to deal with the evaluation of members’ cases and help beneficiaries plan and execute their career path and job search. The training helped all staff to enhance their skills when handling new and existing members.
