Since becoming a part of Make It Work, Ami frequently engages in activities with her husband and two daughters; the four-member family truly cherishes their time together. Previously, her husband was the family’s breadwinner, while Ami was a full-time housewife. As her daughters grew older, Ami realized she had more personal time and decided to take a part-time job at a
nearby fast-food restaurant.

This part-time position not only allowed Ami to enhance her family’s earnings but also developed her professional skills; even more significantly, it increased her self-esteem and provided her with a sense of achievement at work. It allowed her to find a balance between family and work, making her life more rewarding.
