[Workplace Communication Interactive Workshop]
Do you agree that 90% of the troubles in the workplace come from interpersonal relationships? Communication skills and mentality in the workplace are very important for improving job satisfaction and teamwork, it also reduces the pressure of dealing with interpersonal relationships. To meet the needs of our members, Make It Work held an interactive workshop on “Communication Skills in the Workplace”, with both online and physical classes.
In the workshop, members shared their communication difficulties which they encountered in daily life. It turns out that to improve communication, the first thing is listening. Communication is not just about speaking skills, but also the embodiment of emotional intelligence. We believe that as long as we continue to learn, it will be easier to establish and maintain an effective communication relationship in our workplace.
