Ms. Fong in Tsuen Wan

Ms. Fong, a 25-year old single mother, struggled the direction of life and could not find a proper job. It was difficult for her parents to be financially supporting her and she would like to find ways to raise her child. Introduced by one of her friends, she had received the help from the Foundation and started working as a tutor in a community centre, which gave her economic stability.

Mr. Lam in Mong Kok

Mr. Lam was an ERB student of Barista Training when he came to the Foundation Club services. He originally had a part-time overnight job, but he needs to take care of his children. He looked for assistance to find a better job in Hong Kong-style diners, so he was invited to join the Milk Tea training organized by “Black & White”, where he could enhance his skill sets. Finally, he successfully got an internship opportunity after the training program, which helped him find a full-time job in a Hong Kong-style diner afterwards.
