[Pre-employment skills workshop ]

Make It Work HK recently held a [Pre-employment Skills Course]. 

During the course, the members were taught workplace communication skills, and more important the way to conduct a short and effective 1–2-minute self-introduction during the interview, aiming to stand out from the crowd of job seekers.

In addition, members discussed the basic format and content of resumes and practiced writing it together . We were happy to see everyone taking notes on key points and details, planning to leave a lasting impression during an interview, and to increase the chance of successful recruitment.
