【Member incentive programme】
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing has been implemented in order to lower the chance of cross contamination. In light of this, our centres have launched a membership
incentive programme and sent out interactive quizzes about mental health, questions of coping with daily problems and job-related tests via social media tools to encourage
members to participate in more of our activities so as to retain membership. Members have shown enthusiasm to reply because they can reward a small gift once they save up enough
points. It is also one of the ways to reinforce their learning after joining our courses. Special thanks to Starbucks for the generous sponsor of the gifts to the members during
pandemic.
