[Empowering the future]

Make It Work plans to broaden its job assistance services to include the youth demographic. Working alongside our longstanding partner, the Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, to coordinate a range of activities for our new generation. We aim to offer learning opportunities and career experience for a group of youth despite growing up from a challenging family background.

Last week, we organized a CEO Dialogue event in which our President, Luc Moulin, together with Ms Hoiki Liu and Mr Nick Wong, both successful entrepreneurs, shared their experiences with a group of young members. They discussed the challenges they encountered in being employed or launching a business. A panel discussion is included, to encourage a deeper and inspired conversation between the speakers and the attendees.

We believe that success is not determined at the starting line; instead, hard work and perseverance matter more, along with having equal chances to achieve it.
