[Industry Exploration: A Day in the Life of a Pet Groomer]

The Make It Work Employment Support Program is dedicated to discovering viable job opportunities for our members. In recent years, the demand for pet grooming has significantly increased, making it a promising career path for animal enthusiasts.

We recently organized a visit for interested members to the real workplace to provide them with insights into the industry. Guided by professional instructors, members engaged in essential tasks of a pet groomer, including bathing, brushing, and basic trimming. These practical experiences enabled members to evaluate whether their personalities and strengths align with this profession.

Hands-on experience is more valuable than theoretical knowledge; we hope this helps our members gain a clearer sense of direction for their career paths.
